As I continue to evolve my Machines First, Humans Second Presentation, I couldn't help but mention Sharon lee's article Human to Human design. What I think I find most important here is the simplicity of her explanation. I have been wracking my brain as of lately for some type of framework to guide client's through developing the human component of their strategic plan, once we have taken care of machines (multiple user agents) first. I like this format:

• Tell Me A Story
• Engage Me
• Inspire Me
• Enchant Me
